How/when should I take the Myo D-Chiro Complex?

The recommended use of our product is to take 2 capsules twice daily with food. However, it is acceptable to take all four capsules at one time.

Can I take the Myo D-Chiro Complex when I become pregnant or while taking other medications?

We do not advise that you use this product without consulting your medical care provider first. With regards to other medications, it is often advised to take this product separately from certain pharmaceuticals. For example, those taking medications will take their medications in the evening and our supplement in the morning so that one does not affect the other. Once again, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional prior to taking our supplement.
